Joining the CBE is a simple, free process. In fact, when you sign up for a CBE account, you'll now receive 1,000 free credits to start! Here are the simple steps:

1. The first step to joining the CBE is that you must have a web site that is up and running. That way, we have a URL (web address, like http://www.yoursite.com/ ) to send visitors to when they click on your banner.
2. The second step is that you must agree to the Terms and Conditions of joining the CBE. These rules have been established to protect you, your web site, and CBE from malicious behavior.
3. If you agree to the terms, you now can sign up for an account with the CBE!
   
   CBE currently offers banner for 468 x 60 pixel banners. This is the industry standard banner size and is the dimension of the banner that must be used for the program.
   
   Simply choose the banner size that you wish to display on your site, fill in the appropriate information, and you've just completed the first 3 steps. Next, you'll need add the HTML code to your site.
